Full non refundable payment must accompany all reservations. Customers may use a credit/debit card for “over the Phone” sign up. Payment of the full trip fee is non refundable and must take place to reserve a spot.

The boat captain has discretion to cancel the trip in the event of mechanical problems, or inclement weather. Trips will be rescheduled or refunds made or credits will be provided at the request of the client.

Refund Policy
Full refund will take place with at least 14 full days notice from the client. 50% refund will take place with 8 to 14 days notice. No refund will take place with 7 days or less days notice from the client. Based on day of arrival or overnight stay.
Live Aboard Dive Trip Policies
Reservations
$500 Non refundable deposit required to reserve a spot.Full non refundable payment is required 60 days before departure date.
Refund Policy
With notification, Sound Dive Center will make every effort to fill the vacated spot. A partial to full refund will be provided only if the cancelled spot is filled before departure. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance if there is a possibility of cancellation.
Trip Insurance
We heavily advise everyone to get Trip cancellation insurance, if there is even a remote chance that you may have to cancel your trip.
DAN Insurance
It is a very good idea to have Diver Alert Network Insurance. For as little as $25 per year you can have this great dive insurance policy.
