Instructional & Dive Master Employment: Our professional staff operate as independent contractors, and work on a variable schedule. Some professional staff conducts 1-2 tours or classes per month, while others might do more depending on their schedules. DiveMasters must be in good standing with their professional certifying agency, and Instructors must be NAUI certified as instructors or willing to go through the NAUI Crossover Instructor Course at their own expense. Cold water experience is preferred.
