Interested in SCUBA diving but not sure if it's for you? Let the friendly and knowledgeable professional dive team at Sound Dive Center help you Try Scuba Diving!
The "try scuba diving" student will pick up gear from our dive shop and then meet with a Dive Master at the pool we use for training. Once at the pool, the student and Dive Professional will review all the equipment together then proceed into the pool to practice some basic skills. This is the opportunity for you to learn how it feels to be breathing air while underwater!

The pool for your experience will be either South Kitsap Communtiy Pool or Olympic Aquatic Center.
Please plan for at least an extra hour on either side of your selected session time to allow for fitting of equipment, filling out paperwork, traveling to the pool, and returning equipment to the shop.

While it is not a scuba certification course, Try Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it's like exploring the underwater world. To sign up for our Try Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health and comfortable with basic swimming.
