Edmonds Underwater Park is a boat-free, no-take zone maintained by volunteers, with buoys and guidelines helping divers to explore the underwater life and see the wonders of the Puget Sound.

This is a popular dive site located in Edmonds and parking can be limited, carpooling is recommended.

Directions:

If you are driving, the underwater park is located immediately next to the Edmonds terminal of the Kingston ferry. Take I-5 to Edmonds and follow the signs towards the ferry. Don't get in the ferry lanes. Turn left towards the ferry at the intersection at the front of the ferry lane. Turn right into the Brackett's Landing parking lot immediately across the railroad tracks.

If you are taking the Kingston/Edmonds ferry, take the first left available after exiting the ferry, prior to the railroad tracks. Please keep in mind ferry waiting and travel time. The ferry takes about a half hour, so ideally the 10:20am crossing should be taken. The 9:35am crossing before that is also an option, as there are times that there are more cars than can fit on the ferry, so some get bumped to the next crossing.
